We are very fortunate at Erina Scrapbook Store to have a wonderful group of loyal customers and friends who always bring smiles to our faces. We've had a wonderful year full of lots of exciting events, and we're so glad that we've been able to share it with all of you, and in turn share many of your big events this past year :) We would sincerely like to wish you all a very Merry Christmas - however you are spending it, we hope it is full of laughter, love and tasty treats!

Christmas Angels

Here is a great Christmas project which will brighten up the Christmas table! We've used the pattern available on Tara Dennis' website to create some paper plate angels to use as placecards for Christmas dinner.

Tim's Tags

Many of you may have been following the recent posts on Tim Holtz Blog named '12 Tags of Christmas' where for the first 12 days of december, Tim Holtz posted one amazing tag each day and the instructions on how to create it. We've had a go at re-creating some of these inspiring tags using products such as Distress Inks, acrylic stamps, organza ribbon, chipboard, crackle medium, embossing powder and chipboard - and we' thought you'd like to see them!

If you have no idea what we're talking about, visit Tim Holtz's blog by clicking here - but make sure you've got a couple of hours free because you'll want to start creating immediately once you see them!!!
 

January is Digital Scrapbooking Month!

If you'd like to learn how to use the computer to take your papercrafting to the next level then we've got a range of classes just for you! Our talented teachers have been working very hard to prepare a range of projects to illustrate how many fabulous things you can do using your traditional scrapbooking techniques combined with computer techniques! And if you're really into learning how to use Photoshop Elements we've even got some full digital classes to show you how.....

WE WILL HAVE LAPTOP COMPUTERS IN OUR CLASSROOM BETWEEN 5th and 11th JANUARY - any class you attend during this period will have a computer available for you to work on individually. This means you can follow along easily, complete the project in class and not have to worry about figuring the process out when you go home and you can also work at your own pace without having to struggle to keep up with the rest of the class. As usual we will be providing detailled notes to help guide you through step-by-step to completing your project and you'll have a copy of these to take home.

EVERY CLASS IN JANUARY HAS A COMPUTER 'ELEMENT' TO IT SOMEWHERE - but if you're not into computers, don't worry because we haven't forgotten about you! Classes after 12th January will all be kit classes and the digital/computer elements for these will already be printed out and included in your kits. Teachers will still be able to explain to you how they created the digital items, but you'll save time by already having the printables in your kit ready to go!
